With These Noodles, I'm the Lucky One!

I love Asian noodles, any time, especially late at night. Something about the combination of flavors strikes my palate in just the right way. But if you’re like me, you want an Asian noodle bowl that isn’t loaded with sodium and fat. Cup of Noodles was okay back in college, but now that I’m an adult, I want a bowl of noodles that packs some punch, and isn’t loaded with chemicals and junk.

I found it with Luck Chen. This Asian noodle bowl comes in five delicious flavors, soy ginger, sesame teriyaki, spicy Szechwan, spicy Kung Pao, and sweet and sour. Since I like spicy food, my favorite is the Kung Pao. Not only are these instant noodles tasty, but they’re healthy – I can eat a cup of noodles and not feel guilty about it later. Low in fat, sodium, and with no cholesterol, they also have a good amount of protein. It’s a complete meal perfect for any time of day.

This bowl of noodles isn’t dehydrated or frozen, these are fresh noodles inside, and did I mention that it comes with a fork? What’s not to love? All you have to do is try them yourself to see.
